DAVID 'CHIM' SEYMOUR LIFE 17/12/56 - Chim's Children
David 'Chim' Seymour was killed in Egypt whilst covering the Suez Crisis on the 11th November 1956. Life magazine published a two page tribute to him. Entitled 'Chim's Children' it includes six of his portraits commissioned by UNICEF and UNESCO in 1948 to illustrate the plight of Europe's children in the aftermath of the war.
