Shipping

Postage within the UK is £4.50 no matter how many items you order. We aim to dispatch within two days by Royal Mail 1st class Tracked and Signed for, and your purchase should arrive within 2 working days after dispatch.

International

We are happy to ship worldwide. All items are sent in sturdy cardboard mailers through the Royal Mail, with the Tracked and Signed for service.

Within the EU, postage is £11.55. For International orders, postage is £19.00.

Postage will be calculated at the checkout before you commit to buy. Please contact us at enquiries@slightly-ot-of-focus.com for a quote if your country does not appear on the list.

Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any import charges or any other fees that you may incur when receiving goods. If the local customs place a charge on the item before it can be delivered, it is your responsibility to pay it.

In the event that an oversight has occurred and an item is out of stock (and not stated so on the website) you will be notified as soon as possible and a refund will be issued.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not happy, items may be returned if you notify us via email within 14 days of receipt of the item. Magazines must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. Slightly out of Focus is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days, minus the costs of initial shipping charges.
