J Haywood Magee spent three weeks onboard Hms Scylla, documenting the intense duels between ship and Luftwaffe bombers.
THE MEN AGAINST GOERING
PIlot Officer Keith Gillman of 32 Squadron on the cover of Picture Post in August 1940. Gillman was killed in action the week before the magazine was published.
Capa travelled to Montblanc to photograph the final parade and disbandment of the International Brigade. Prime Minister Negrin was present, as well as General Lister of the XI Division.
